Steve began his career in 1984 as an agent with Equitable Life Insurance and Registered Representative of Equico Securities in New York.
With an approach designed to cultivate sound financial planning, his career at Equitable, (acquired by AXA) spanned 10 years. In 1991, Steve relocated to Charleston, SC and began to broaden his talents working as an Investment Advisor Representative.
Shortly thereafter, Steve partnered with James “Jim” Grogan to form Lowcountry Retirement Services, Inc. Their goal was to service the financial concerns unique to retirees and pre-retirees.
Together, they built LRS with a focus on allowing clients to find financial confidence for themselves and their families.
